The scope of ARDR regional services will ultimately include the entire area of Oltenia in South-West Romania. During these initial stages, the organization targets various communities in all the five counties, Gorj, Dolj, Mehedinit, Valcea, Olt. These communities vary from small villages of a few thousand residents, to the county centers with populations in between 100,000 and nearly 400,000 inhabitants.
Primarily, we give attention to rural communities, mining areas, remote mountain areas, and depopulated areas.
