THE PARTNERS
The actual endeavor is a joint effort of a partnership that the Regional Association for Rural Development (ARDR) has developed with other six organizations from EU, Africa and Latin America since 2009, laying the basis for a transcontinental network Europe-Africa-Latin America by means of EVS projects, aiming at defining itself as a structure which priorities are  strengthening the Euro-African- America Latino dialogue, exchange and cooperation in the field of youth, fostering democratic dialogue and active participation by means of setting up local/regional and trans-national partnerships.


The Regional Association for Rural Development –ARDR, (Romania) is a non-governmental and no-profit organization from Romania, dedicated to strengthening local communities to evolve into self management entities, with a solid social fabric and a vibrant local economy.
ARDR has piloted the first group EVS project in Romania and has engineered various tools to support the quality in managing EVS group projects. It has a good experienced staff in managing EVS programmes and it has a good local network of various stakeholders that uphold the EVS projects.

CHIDO (Sierra Leone): A very active organisation, on volunteering programmes and on active citizenship militant campaigning. Not so much having an international dimension in their work but a well trained team that is ready to commit to a long term network.

Jovenes de Buena Voluntad (Peru): a local and regional organization deeply involved in community volunteering; they have a strong local taken in all their programmes involving a numerous group of stakeholders.

Association Jeunesse Verte du Cameroun (Cameroon): one of the biggest networks of volunteers in Cameron with extensive experience, capacity to disseminate and professional staff to follow up in the current Network on EVS.

OAJNU (Argentina):
 a wide network with strong interlinks with various international big organizations and with a substantial network over the country; they have big potential to disseminated, local infrastructure and human resources.

NBV (Sweden): it is the biggest and oldest network of organizations in Sweden and has a wide coverage spread all over Sweden. They also work in close relationship with the local authorities. In this case they have a big potential to disseminate information and also to manage EVS projects in the filed.

Norfolk Childrens’ Services (UK): is a public authority that has extensive experience in developing tools for increasing participation in volunteering action and actice citizenship. The very pilot programme that they worked on at a national scale in England, is Hear by Right. Therefore, all over Norfolk they run dozens of youth and volunteering centers.
