Conference fee
The conference fee is split as follows:
- 100 Euro, if your paper is selcted for publication in the Conference Volume
- 50 Euro,if your paper is selected for oral presentation
- 30 Euro, if only you choose to take part in the sessions of the Conference
This covers conference sessions, conference documentation, all meals and refreshments stated in the programme.

Rooms in the University hostels
A small number of rooms are available at 60 euro/double room/day.
