Project overview: Youth local sustainable development aims to increase participation overall objective of Community initiative for young people active in Tismana. The specific objectives are: identification and selection of 15 young, potential youth leaders;establishment of local action groups represented / managed by the 15 young; empowerment of the three action groups by training local leaders of the 15 potential participatory community development; organize 6 training modules, each having 2 days to develop communication, facilitation, negotiation, participatory planning, conflict management, project management, writing projects skills, funding opportunities for youth and national funding of the EU; developing and strengthening relations of cooperation and collective action by public institutions (local government, schools) and NGOs to increase their role and involvement in development activities for young people 8 signing of collaborative partnerships, local community information and awareness on the objectives and results of this project through communication campaign.
