YEP-Youth Development Progamme
The Yep Programme occurs naturally in teh context of descentralisation, local authorities having more and more responsabilities, including in the domain of education, sport, leisure, social protection and other issues directly related to the life of young people.
On the other hand it compensates the weak capacity of local authorities and public institutions to engage the youth in the community management development.
This project focuses on international recommendations, European and national, signed by Romania, such as: The Revised European Charter of Youth about the participation of Youth to Local and Regional Life, European Commission White Paper-A new impulse for European youth, The European Youth Pact, but also The United Nation Convention on The Child Rights.
This project contains informational campaign, candidates campaigns and county elections, study visit and best practices but also formal recognition of The Youth County Council.
